He was able to put it back together easily and didn't charge us anything. Most plumbers I've used would charge a trip charge at least. He was extremely polite and professional. Very impressed!!!

WOW!!! I truly cannot day enough good things about this company. I called for a clogged pipe upstairs in my kitchen. Tanner came out and worked his magic. He had the best manners and always referred to me as “ma’am”. Extremely polite and respectful. It was $150 + the $50 visit fee. He left, then later that day I noticed that the clog was still present in the pipes because it made it down to my downstairs shower and backed up into there. I called them back and another guy, Denton, came out not even a few hours after my call. He fixed the downstairs shower drain, then called Ron (owner) who told then not to charge me anything for the second visit. Both Tanner and Denton could not have been more professional and had great manners and amazing customer service. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will absolutely be calling them every time from now on for any and all plumbing needs.

It went very well. I have been an Arvins customer for many years now and they are my "go-to" company for plumbing problems. They are prompt, courteous, considerate and reasonably priced. They never try to sell me anything I don't need or suggest a more expensive solution when one is not needed.

They came on time, did a good job, & cleaned up. I already had the new faucet there (he had helped me pick out one that would work from pictures texted). Price was reasonable.

I called Arvin and explained that I was selling my home and had limited time. He fit me in! He got his crew here and then called me with an estimate. My home is 2 1/2 years old and it was under warranty. But, the manufacturer of the WH was not willing to pay without a receipt of purchase which I didn’t have since it was built by a home builder. While Arvin was working on other projects he kept his crew working on mine. He fought with the manufacturer to get my warranty! Saving me a good chunk of $$. I was very pleased with his service and will use him again in my new home.

Since, there was a scheduling problem, I turned to other avenues to solve my water line problem and was able to find another professional who could fix my problem. Even though he was not able to help me in this instance, Ron's professional expertise was very helpful in deciding how to handle my problem and I would not hesitate to hire him for future plumbing needs even though in this instance we couldn't work together on this project. I consider Mr. Arvin's many years of experience and knowledge an invaluable asset for anyone in need of plumbing repair. Arvin's plumbing service has the personal touch and knowledge to get the job done, definitely an A lister.

Ron came out at the day and time I told him I was available. He gave me several options and price ranges of what he could do to fix the toilet's problem and also avoid future issues. On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. He helped me pick out a faucet online, and while he worked on the toilet, I ran to Lowe's, picked up the faucet, and came back in time for him to then install it for me. Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. I would definitely call him again in the future.

It went Great. They inspected the complaint that we had. Found the problem. And corrected the problem. Communicating to us the entire time about what was wrong and what needed to be done. They then made a recommendation for additional work that needed to be done. No pressure. Just a list of things we need to look at. Would hire her again in a minute.

Very well. I called Rob late Thursday afternoon and he said he would come out on Friday morning. He showed up promptly Friday morning and began work. To diagnose the problem he used a camera and finished the job a couple of hours later.

This was the second job Ron has done for me. He runs an excellent crew and they operate with "military precision". First off, he responded very quickly and was here the same day I called. The crew was very thorough and professional and the cleanup was spotless.

Excellent. Arvin's showed up on time, did top notch work, and performed a small bit of plumbing work on an unrelated project (for add'l money of course) . More than a year later, Arvin's work is still holding strong. Their business card is on my fridge. They're my first call for plumbing, going forward.

Ron Arvin and Todd Perry are a dynamic duo! Before calling Ron Arvin, we got a bid from the plumber that Home Depot uses, and a second local company. GLAD I CHECKED THEM OUT on the BBB website -- both companies had repeated bad customer reviews, mainly because they failed to live up to their appointment times, and also failed to respond to callbacks when their water tanks leaked after the technicians had packed up and left. So.... I recalled that we had an Angie's List membership, and read up on plumbers on this website. Ron Arvin got GREAT reviews so we called him. Ron's bid was a bit higher than the other two, but most important to me was how Angie's customers praised him for responsiveness. In case the tank leaked after installation, I needed confidence that my plumber would take my calls! But I needn't have worried. Ron and Todd arrived on time on appointment day, and even phoned us en route to confirm that they were on their way. He had all tools needed in his truck, efficiently installed our new tank, checked pressure afterward, and then did an unrelated add-on plumbing task for my husband before they left (I did not include this add'l fee in my cost of service, below). Oh, and NO LEAKS from my new tank! I surely wish every contractor was as professional and competent as Ron and Todd. Arvin's Plumbing will be our first call the next time we need a plumber. Thank you Angie's List for coming through for us!

Great. Ron fixed all three toilets.

Wonderful! We had 3 toilets that kept running. Ron was the 3rd plumber we hired to try to fix this. (One had even replaced all the interior mechanisms but they still ran!) Ron immediately identified the problems, gave us options and his recommendations, and he and his team had all 3 working perfectly within 2 hours. This included rebuilding 2 of the toilets back to the original parts. Wow! Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Awesome experience from day one. Ron and his son were amazing. We just bought our first fixer upper and we've had about a dozen different groups coming in and out over the last few weeks doing work to the house. These guys were by far one of the more pleasant people to work with. Ron got back to me the first day I contacted him, and walked me through our options over the phone first so we could establish some expectations if we decided to move forward. He was prompt, and courteous throughout the whole conversation. On the day that work started, they showed up on time (a rare quality we're learning!) and walked us through the house showing us what our options were, as well as giving us a step by step play on what they would be doing. He gave us some great advice for future upgrades and necessary fixes that we can expect in the near future. They brought everything they needed to get the job done, and even worked into the night a bit so that they could finish in the time frame they quoted. They were both extremely respectful of our house as well. He took extra care so that he wouldn't crack the tile floor when installing the new drain—even though we insisted it was okay if he did:) They're nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and they stay true to their word. All in all the perfect plumber, and we couldn't be happier!

Our work was not emergency so we made an appointment 5 days in the future at 8-12. At noon, Ron called and said they were on their way. Two came and did the work that I requested as well as giving me an idea about another problem we might encounter in the future. Everything was done as Ron said and at the price he gave me before starting the work.
