Above and Beyond House Cleaning

Donna from the beginning was very professional and friendly. Within 2 days of speaking on the phone she came out to do an assessment of our home, gave us pricing on the spot, and even offered to take our pup out on a walk while she was there! She does flat rate pricing so there are no hourly charges. We did ask for her to do all the bedding in the house which was an additional fee. Our house was cleaned for the first time this past Monday. When I got home from work the entire house smelt AMAZING! ceiling fans and baseboards were dust free! Carpet and floors were spotless! Our couches looks as if our dog had never been there (she's a shedder)! And there was even a nice note from Donna saying thank you for using her to clean our house and if there is anything she missed feel free to let her know! We highly recommend Donna! And don't hesitate to ask her to do specific things! She's more than willing to make sure you are completely satisfied with her services! We did call her directly.

Excellent attention to details. Wood floors sparkle, baseboards and chair rails cleaned, fan blades dusted - stuff I never get to.

She is very thorough. If there is anything you think she missed or would like done differently, she will do it. She is a very hard worker and very punctual.
