Aaron's Garage Doors

The garage repairman did a very good job, even checked our other two garage doors, more than we had paid him for. He spent time explaining what he'd done and gave us a couple great tips for keeping the door in good condition. Very courteous and personable. I'd recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

This is a great company! My garage door cables broke and the garage door would not open. Aarons technitions came right out and like a swat team and had my new opener installed in an hour. The techinian was extremely experieced and professional. These guys know what there doing.

The company was extremely professional. They arrived right on time. Did the work quickly and correctly with all clean up and removal of old parts. They were very honest - did NOT try to sell us anything that we did not need. They even helped my husband set up the Home Link in his car :) We would definitely recommend them and use them again for the safety check of the doors in a couple years.

Called and spoke to Aaron on Friday afternoon. Explained what I thought needed attention. Aaron was extremely pleasant. He said someone would be at our house after 9:00 am on Monday. The phone rang @ 8:35 a.m. on Monday morning and Aaron's employee, Joe, was on our doorstep by 9:00. He assessed the problems, offered great suggestions, gave us a quote (which we were extremely pleased about), and went straight to work. What a great company! My only wish us that I had called them months ago! They did a lot of work for a very reasonable price. Obviously all their excellent reviews on Angie's List are well deserved!

Did an excellent job. Our garage door was about to break down & when it did open- it was loud. With the new rollers & work that was done, it runs like a new garage door!

We scheduled the work at my convenience. They called about a half hour before the appointed time to confirm the appointment, and then arrived right on time. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the technician doing the work was happy to answer any questions I had. If I need any more garage door work done, Aaron's will be the first call I make.

The process went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. I spoke to Aaron around 2:30 this afternoon to initiate the service call. He called me back in 10 minutes and told me that Chip would come by later this afternoon. Chip called at 5:00 and said he would be here in 30 minutes. Chip diagnosed and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Aaron's Garage Doors to anyone who needs to have their garage door opener serviced. I also really appreciated the coupon for $10 off the cost of the service call.

Excellent work and very professional

Overall, I am very please with Aaron's Garage Doors. I am confident in the work that they performed and I would call them again. My only complaint was that they appeared to have lost my appointment time and I had to call to receive an ETA, after my phone call a repairman was at my home within 30min (which put him just outside of the window I initially received) given that the repair did not take long this was not that big of an inconvenience.

They came out and did it. It was fine. They were professional. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it properly.

I found Aaron on Angie's List. He came out, gave me an estimate, then sent one of his guys to do the job. He installed a good garage door, in a professional manner and cleaned up. I'm very satisfied.

We thought our garage door opener was malfunctioning but after a call to Genie Customer Service I figured out that the main spring on the garage door had broken. I found Aaron's Garage Doors here on Angie's List and called. Aaron just happened to be nearby and arrived about 45 minutes later. He had the door fixed in another 45 minutes and I got a discount from an Angies List coupon. Aaron was pleasant and professional. This was great service for late on a Friday afternoon.

We couldn't find a common time, so we agreed for them to do the work when I wasn't there. I was satisfied with the results, but had not personal interaction.

Aaron came out within a day or two to give us a quote and we ordered our three doors that day. He called when they came in to schedule the installation which was done by one of his guys in about 6 hours time. When we experienced a problem Aaron came to fix it the same morning that I called.
