Aaron's Garage Doors

Aaron's a great guy. Super cool guy who straight-up knows what he's doing. He was responsive, worked around my schedule, and was in and out in 30 minutes. I will absolutely hire him when I replaced both doors and openers in the future.

It went great. Eli repaired the bent frame. Eli installed new rollers and it works better than it ever has. It also is very quite when opening and closing. I am very very pleased.

Aaron returned my phone call quickly, showed up that same day to give us an estimate, ordered our brown garage doors, and install them as soon as they came in. The service was great and I would recommend this company highly.

Also, when the door was installed, they did not provide a "push button" opener, so we had been using the remote car openers to control the door. Joe installed a remote opener for us and tested/ programmed additional remote car openers. Service was complete within an hour.Tech was friendly, prompt and courteous.I will definately use Aarons Garage Door for any future garagfe door requirements.

I left a message on Angies Liist on June 24th requesting a phone call to advise Mr. Moore of the problems I was having with my garage door. I wanted to schedule an estimate. He responded days later that he had missed this message. He sent me a second message on July 1st that he would call me that day . He didn't. I sought the services of this company because of the great reviews it had but I guess with his current big deal offers and other customers he was too busy to respond. After no call on July 1st I asked that he not respond. I know that several customers have had fine experiences with Aaron's Garage Doors but this was mine.

Another company told us two days ago that the door needed a new mother board.at a cost of $193 and it would be a week before they could install it. I called Aaron's today and Tom came out at 3:00 and within 45 minutes had the door fixed. No mother board was needed and all I paid was the service charge of $89. They were right on time. We now have a new garage door company!

Garage door works like new, wife say's they were very professional and fixed the problem fast.

I called yesterday morning and the repair guy showed up within 3 hours. The rep was professional and knew exactly what was causing the grinding noise and also had all the parts on hand. Finished in about 45 minutes and accepted the $10.00 Angie's list coupon with a smile and left a sticker to place in my garage for contact information. Will use them again.

Aaron came out 3 1/2 hours after he said he would on day 1. He was very pleasant and explained our options to fix/replace our garage door opener. We chose to replace it. He said he would send someone out the following day between the hours of 3-5. No one showed up and no one called to reschedule. I called him the following morning and he apologized for the no show and said he would call me back within a few minutes to let me know when to expect the technician. I offered to call a different company if he was too busy. His response was to not call anyone else and to let him "make it up" to me. I never received another phone call from him. Bottom line is that we waited at our home for three days and never had our garage door opener replaced.

This guy knows his stuff. I would recommend him for all future work. He went over how my doors worked and how to maintain the doors. So far so good. Prompt, courteous service. What more could you ask for.

Out of the blue my garage door remote started opening my neighbors garage door for some reason. I would close mine and hers would open. Her remote stopped working on her door completely. Then another neighbors remote began opening mine. Some weird cross frequency happening. Jim with Aaron's came out the same day and was awesome. So nice, polite, looked at both mine AND my neighbors system and fixed the issue. He was great and I would absolutely recommend Aaron's company!

My garage doors couldn't be done, it was the wrong kind of garage door. I described it to him over the phone and he informed me that it wasn't the type they could work on. They were polite and professional when I spoke with them over the phone. I got a refund through Angie's List.

I've used them two times for small repairs. Both times, they came out either the same day or next day. He was here less than an hour, and it's as good as new. Very reasonable price. Excellent service, and easy to deal with over the phone.

It was fine. The guy was really nice and helpful. No additional fees associated with the Big Deal. What the Big Deal said is what I got. They were here for less and hour completing the job. I’d recommend them.

It was OK. They quoted me a price over the phone, but it turned out more expensive, but they responded quickly.

They assured me that although others recommended immediately replacing the door, that it would last for a few more years, and I had no rush to replace it.

After purchasing the maintenance and quiet rollers deal on Angie's list we were contacted right away to schedule the service. We were called in advance (when the technician was on his way) and he was very punctual. We had just purchased one deal on Angie's List, not even thinking about the fact that we had two garage doors now in our new home. When the technician showed up, (I think his name was Shep), he performed the prescribed maintenance and installed the quiet rollers on our big double door, and he also fixed the single door by putting it back on its track and realigning or reattaching things. This was an additional cost because it wasn't part of the deal, but he told us the cost upfront and it was a fair price, and then completed the service right then without making us schedule another appointment. Now both doors work well, and we are completely satisfied. We will call them again when we need garage door service again. We strongly recommend Aaron's Garage Doors.

They were able to come out the same day. Michael was professional and able to diagnose and fix the problem in the same visit.

They did a very good job. They were prompt, punctual, and professional. They cleaned up the job after the were finished. I was very pleased with their work.

It went okay and there was no trouble schedule an appointment. He completed the job and installed the rollers and there were no additional fees. He was prompt, on time, and courteous. If I had a problem with my garage in the future, I would definitely call him again.
