Description of Work: Aaron's replaced a spring in the grage door opening mechanism, lubricated everything, and showed me both how to look for broken parts and perform my own lubrication. The repair person came exactly on time and the whole operation took about 15 minutes.

Description of Work: I called not expecting service on the same day. Tom the tradesman from Aarons arrived at the specified time. He diagnosed the problem, the replacement of my springs on both garage doors which broke within the same week. The two bay was $199 and the single Bay was %85. I applied the $10 coupon offered at Angie's List for a total $274. Tom was courteous, knew his job and finished it quickly. He checked the torque on my openers and reset the sensors. In all I am very pleased.

He and his associate finished the entire job in under two hours, which included removal of the old door and its mounting hardware and replacing everything with new materials; they also cleaned thoroughly and hauled away the old parts. He was honest and forthcoming with information and his recommendations and advice. We are completely satisfied.

+ -1 moreI spent more than I wanted to. I travel a lot and I had my wife call two other garage door companies and neither one returned her call. I called Aaron and he said that he would have somebody out here the following day and he never did. I called him back and he had somebody come that day. The guy that came out was nice and fine. He did it quick and got it working again, which was all that mattered. His service call was a little steep. I actually found a couple of companies that charged less for their service calls after I had already had the work done by him. It wasn't good that he missed the appointment. His responsiveness was actually two separate issues. He didn't return my wife's call; he returned my call but missed the appointment. I probably wouldn't use him again.
Description of Work: I used Aaron's Garage Doors to put a bar in my garage door.
