On the evening of the 25th of November, our electric garage door opener broke leaving our two cars trapped inside the garage. After reading reviews about Aaron's Garage Doors on Angie's List, I chose this company, not only by the reviews, but also because it was a local service. The owner, Aaron, answered my phone call that next morning and said he would have a serviceman at our house between 12:00 and 2:00. Also, we would receive a phone call about half an hour in advance. Everything happed just as Aaron stated. Chip was at our house, fixing the door at about 1:00. He was professional, courteous and friendly, explaining the problem with our opener and then fixing it in a jiffy. He also lubricated both our garage doors to eliminate the loud squeaking noises we had been enduring for years. We definitely will call Aaron's anytime in the future if we have a problem with a garage door or opener. And we certainly would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

He was fantastic. I called him and he came the next day. I don't have any complaints. He was really nice. He worked and got the job done. I have no complaints about him. He really does his job well. I will call him instead of the other people.

Process was super easy. Called around and checked for pricing, Aarons was the beat. Scheduled an appointment and technician came out and fixed my issues and did a tune up on the doors to ensure they continue to work properly.

Overall: OUTSTANDING!! Whole process went as it should in an example of customer oriented service. Aaron's Garage Doors gave me an estimate for the work and stuck to it to the penny! I talked with Aaron before the purchase about the pros and cons of chain and belt openers. From his advice, I purchased the belt openers at Home Depot. When I called to set an installation time, he worked his team's schedule to meet my needs. I talked to him in the afternoon and Chip was here to install the next day. We set a time for installation and Chip was here when scheduled. He took time to call on the way to let me know that he was enroute. He got here and went straight to work. He was clean, neat, and efficient. As the rails required assembly the job took longer than I would have anticipated, and that made me even happier that I hired them to do it instead of doing it myself. After everything was installed and tested, he worked with me to set up all the remotes. He helped program all four remotes and the two wireless key pads. In addition he worked with me to get the remote in my car set to the new openers. That is service above and beyond what I expected. In this case it was important to me. As a disabled Veteran, I did not want to be up on the ladder to quickly set the remotes up. He also checked the rest of the system and said we were good. Chip cleaned up everything, and took away the old openers. That saved me a trip to the dump and I probably would not have been able to fit the rails in my car to get them to the dump. I gave him a check for the original quote and he was on his way. After 30 years in the Air Force I know quality folks and quality work when I see it. I saw it today. I also understand customer service and appreciate the extra 10 min Chip spent in setting up the remotes and well as his great attitude. I called Aaron's to tell them the job was well done and am glad to give them the highest rating here.

He did the roller replacement as sold, only did he lubricate the door but none of the 10+ "service checks" on the door springs, motor, alignment, etc.. He failed to meet 2 appointments and did meet the third. He spent no more than 15 minutes "service" the door.

Aaron was on time, everything went smoothly. I would use this company again.

Should rename this company "Two Men and a Can of WD-40" because it appeared that all they did was spray WD-40 all over the place. This despite the long list of "services" that was supposed to be performed on my door. Total rip off. Avoid this "deal".

Aaron did a fantastic job fixing our broken garage door. It turned out the motor was burned out. He quickly replaced it and got it up and running quickly. We have used him several times before for fixes and think he does the best job. Would use him again.

Didn't want to give them an "f" overall because we did not speak with them. At least someone could have returned our voice message we left in request for service.

Aaron has done work for me at two different properties. For the home I own he installed a garage door opener. After two weeks the cable slipped off. Aaron came right out when I called him. He explained that the previous owner had installed the door unevenly, so it was difficult for the cable to stay on track. He made some adjustments, but cautioned that the ultimate solution might be to remove the door and reinstall it properly. He did not charge me for the call. After a year and a half the opener and the door are still working great with no reinstall of the garage door needed. I appreciated that Aaron found the most economical solution. We really like the type of opener that Aaron installs. We chose the more expensive of the two options, and it's well worth the extra money. The opener is extremely smooth and quiet. We also love the numeric keypad outside the garage. Since we use the garage mostly for storage we actually use the keypad more than the remote. We compared Aaron's prices to other providers and found him to be less expensive because his price includes the keypad, whereas most others do not. This month I needed a garage door serviced at another property I own. Set up an appt. with Aaron. He supplied 3 new remotes, replaced the remote sensors which were old and unreliable, and did an overall maintenance service of the garage door opener......all for $199. Everything is working properly.

Purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List. The owner came out and said the good news is you don't need to have them relplaced since there is a lifetime warranty on them. I appreciated his honesty

The gentleman arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He also provided us with details on areas that may pose a problem in the future, general time frame that these parts may wear out, and the estimated cost for those things. Very informative and professional. Will likely call them back when it is time to make those repairs in the future....

Our old Wayne Dalton garage door opener failed and everyone we called said we shouldn't go back with the same design/type that we had. It was an above the door type that was hooked directly to the tensioning bar and spring. My wife called several companies, but didn't really find anyone energetic about installing a new opener. She "googled" some more and found Aaron's. They were very friendly and quoted a price to us on the phone. The installer was very courteous and helpful. He had to do a little more work than he originally quoted, but insisted on honoring the quote he gave to us on the phone. The work was done quickly and proficiently. We were very pleased with this company.
