The gutters and downspouts on our house were damaged in this summer's hailstorm. Holtzclaw provided a quotation for replacement promptly, then scheduled the work at a time that was convenient to us. They removed the old gutters and downspouts, then installed the new, along with new gutter guards that they recommended. The work was completed quickly and all debris was cleaned up. We are very pleased with the quality of the installation. This is the second house where I have had Holtzclaw install gutters, with an excellent experience both times. I would highly recommend Holtzclaw for any gutter and downspout work.

Did more than I asked. They treated my gutter system as if it were their own. I would use again and recommend this company to others.

Updated - Friendly team, effecient and prepared. Performed the work quickly. Price was good. Overall, great job. If there was an area of improvement to site, it would be providing warranty information. Also, I would confirm with the homeowner the specifications of the job if they are working with a contractor to ensure everyone is in agreement of what needs to be done.

The Holtzclaw team did a great job on our small gutter project. They were very responsive and did a good job of communicating with us about scheduling and service without having to be followed up with. The guttering was installed without issue and the cost was very reasonable for our small project. Usually a guttering company will just pass on a project this small or hike up the price, since it ties up a crew and travel for a smaller overall cost. Holtzclaw did neither of these, I would use again in the future and recommend without hesitation. Thanks!

I think they did an excellent job. We had a couple of small issues regarding placement of downspouts and newly painted house trim, but they came out immediately and reworked everything to cover the unpainted spots from the previous guttering. I would highly recommend them.

I only have 5 words to say about them, "YOU WON'T REGRET HIRING THEM!!"

Excellent results and courteous friendly employees. This is a great company to work with. Work was done on schedule and without delay. They are even nice to the kids.

Came promptly for original estimate. However, a separate technician called the day of my instillation and cancelled because he was not sure of what was to be done and quoted. Instead he sent the original estimator back to my house that day who reiterated the same job and cost as before. The other guy called me the day before my job was scheduled to change the date of service due to weather. I could not accommodate him as I could not be present for the job. The actual installer cost this company this job and appears to be the weak link.

Mr. Holtzclaw called me the evening before they were able to come to my job. He also called me the morning of before the crew arrived. Everyone working on the job was very professional and pleasant (no sketchy looking people). They were fast and cleaned up up the job completely. In the past I have occasionally come across companies that send out a nice, normal, professional person to do the estimate and then send questionable looking people to complete the actual work. This is NOT the case with Holtzclaw Guttering. I will most certainly use them again for any work I need done related to gutters. Considering the quality of the product and installation, I am very happy with the price.

I called them, left a voice mail, they call back within a day and said they would be out within the week. they came out and did the job, cleaned up all the mess, when I got home I had a bill attached to my door and the guttering looked great. It rained the next day and everything worked perfectly.

This is the third job I've had done by Holtzclaw Guttering, the other two being at a local business. They have always done excellent work, arriving exactly when they say and being very close to their estimated finish time. Always quality work and materials. Cleanup is excellent and they haul off the old guttering. I would gladly use them again, if needed.

Showed up promptly for estimate. Answered all questions and provided sample showing how the trim would match window details. Offered to provide name of customer who had similar work done. Scheduled work at our convenience and showed up promptly when scheduled. We were surprised at how quickly they worked. They had to schedule work around some really cold, windy, and sometimes snowy weather, so it took a few days to complete, but that was entirely weather related. They cleaned everything up every afternoon when leaving. WIndows and door frames look just great. No more painting - yeah! WIsh we had had work done years ago.

They are the best to work on your house, and will do any thing within their power to make you a satisfied customer!!

Replaced old gutters and downspouts with larger size, relocated downspout and dug new drain line, replaced three rotted fascia board and soffets with new wood and stained to match, hauled off old guttering and cleaned up all debris. Excellent job.

I like the price and the quality of the work. When you call them, sometimes it does go to an answering machine, but I’ve always found out that I’ll probably get a call from them in an hour.

The Holtzclaws were very easy to deal with and did excellent work including clean-up after the job. Do get a written estimate for all work to be completed including materials such as the replacement of damaged fascia-board. Do check references and length of time in business. The Holtzclaws were recommended by close friends and they have been in business over 30 years.
