+ -1 moreIt included the unit, installation and extra pipes. It was a condensed unit. It is a process you wait on. You go in and you fin a product you want, they call you back and set up an appointment day and then the contractor will set up a day with you and then they install it the next day. It was almost a 3 day project, the people had to go get the product from Lowes then they bid on the project. They outsoruce it.
Description of Work: I used LOWE'S for a new water heater.

Description of Work: Lowes sent installer to measure and over measured on carpet and padding by over 680 square feet damage floor vents and said oh well they are old When installing new carpet wearing shoes on new carpet as they kept coming in and out of house leaving muddy foot prints on new carpet and the topper they left old carpet and padding and scraps from new install all over yard and in home According to LOWES this was to be taken and all scrap from new install remove When contacting LOWES I was told ok will look into it after 3 weeks of back and forth they offered me $300.00 after spending over $3200 on carpet padding and install We took what they offered because they said take it or leave it I will never recommend LOWES carpet to anyone

+ -1 moreThey did an outstanding job. The installers were just topnotch; they were efficient and skilled. They came early and they worked late; they were really exceptional. Their pricing wasn’t cheap but I don’t know if anybody would have been any cheaper. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
Description of Work: I had Lowe's come out and install a hardwood floor for me; they removed old carpet and hardwood and they installed a laminate floor in my home.

+ 0 moreFor the most part, the experience was average. I found the best price possible. The pieces were heavy, therefore I was dependent on help getting them out and loaded. The sales people just don't seem real excited to help or sell. I almost felt like I was putting them out by asking for help.
