Description of Work: Prior to setting an appointment on 1/6/16 Richard Idell assured me that the $120 quoted for the appointment would be applied to the repair following the diagnostic appointment. At this point it has been over 60 days since I paid him $131.70 and he has not honored the assurances given prior to that payment being made. After repeated texts, phone calls and un-returned voice mail messages and a letter sent to his home/business address I am no further along than I was on January 6th. He has not completed the repair and will not return any attempt to communicate with him

 + -1 moreRichard Idell owner/technician received our TV on Monday, July 14, 2014 and had the work completed on Friday, July 18, 2014. Great job. We would trust him to do our TV repairs again. Mr. Idell used to work for Phillps Co.. He now has his own shop. He works on LCD, LED, PLASMA, DLP TV repairs.
