Went flawlessly. We were totally amazed, just an average of the other shops costs were going to be 150-180$. Hcw Systems had the screen we needed, a slim 15.6" for a NEW TOSHIBA! We took the system by there within an hour of calling, and lol MAYBE we should not have even left. It is a 15 minute drive thru town, we got home and 20 minutes later he already contacted is saying it was flawless. Not only that! He removed the big name Antivirus and all of the clean your PC crap! He gave us his software for only another 20. The unrivaled AntiVirus & Sys. Maint, Increased speed by 50% easily. With no physical Memory 50% and up!!! Man its amazing, all for 100$ ! ! ! I am Hcw Client from now til I Die! Love it, thanks guys and thank you for adding a remote connection program, it is cool. Thanks again Hcw Systems! My new computer guys for SURE!

Well it went good, one of the best and fastest services I have ever had, and definitely the cheapest for this kind of work.... We called around and a lot of places want 100$ Just to look??!? Thats the way the business goes I guess. But this guy and his business are true blue. They repaired our system, upgraded it, added software that is seconnd to none ... There isn't really much to tell but it went perfect and it is truly as they advertise it at fractions of anyone else. We brought it home and just to check the speed out we ran some of the same things on my daughters newer computer and ours.... And ours actually performed much better! That is INSANE. But he informed us all about whats going on on the internet, and there is an 'epidemic' so to speak going on with all the spyware/adware/malware and those new virus's so small they slip right past those big name super high$ Anti Virus's..... Norton, AVG, Avast, Mcaffee, even charters does not work he told us, but they have some very interesting and it works.... Our system hasn't had a glitch since, and all we have to do is run one program manually once every 2-3 days.... Thats sure worth how fast our 5 year old system is... I mean, its better like this than it would have been goin out and buyin a new n' THAANKS Hcw Systems Repair !

Well, we were having serious problems and got the "FBI" Virus... And even before then our computer was terribly slow which it should not have been since I had gotten it around fall of 2011. We contacted Hcw Systems Repair, as we seen an advertisement on FaceBook. Called and he said he could remove that virus for only 20.00$ which was awesome. But he said just removing that virus, doesn't remove them all or keep your system clean and running good in the future so he told us about another service he provided, same basic principles. Virus removal, System Maintenance, and our system would be 25-100% Faster than previosly, or faster. So we went with his 50$ Repair and when we picked it up we were literally almost shocked at the rate of speed it started up. Before it took a good 3 minutes, Windows 7 was up and going in 30 seconds easy, he then showed us the software he installed. An AWESOME system maintenance with tons of options for startup, internet optimization, registry, disk, computer privacy cleaners... And also has a Privacy tab for privacy scan and a "shredder" for files you want PERMANENTLY destroyed, as he told us files that are merely deleted from a computer were not completely gone. Using a shredder they would be un recoverable, so its great for our tax, or bank files etc. It also has a personal safe, which creates a hidden drive no one can see, that is encrypted and you have a password on it, and the only way into it was thru that program entering the password. Otherwise its not even visible by any means. It has Data Recovery which recovers files that have been deleted like i was talkin about before, and has more features. The Virus protection isn't the ones you usually see like the Norton or Mcaffee, Avg or Avast he used something very very different and said it was SUPER light on system resources like RAM. And its been over a year with NO problems, just running the scans from the System Maintenance and the Virus protection takes care of everything. It is still as fast as when he repaired it. Very impressed with his overall knowledge and cheap price on the repair as we checked around and got quotes from 150-$$ to even 250$$ So we were VERY happy in the end with 50$ for sure! All he asked was we would write a review so here it is, as he is just in the first years of starting his business.

Well it went great, took the laptop there super super super slow and infected to death with spyware and malware.... They just askif I wanted to upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 and I said yes for 50$? YES and they put their tools on there for protection, maintenance and the speed was so much faster it was hard to believe it was my system. Everything went great, he could have had it done in a day and actually did but we waited for pickup the next day... He showed us all the features in the protection and the maintenance, showed us how to run some things daily and keep the system pristine for years and years.... Its the exact same treatment and Operating System he uses, So Super happy above and beyond after getting quotes from Log On Computers of 100$ "to look" nd that would go toward my final payment which I asked and he estimated around 225$$??? WOAH, Not much different with another shop The mouse's Pad it was quoted 175$ until my friend told me about him and his business that is new only a year old but growing momentum fast because of the cheap work and quality of it.... She was right. And he was right , said there was definitely an ARMY of loyal Hcw Systems Repair followers. I'm now one, I won't let anyone else touch this system now. Period.
