 + 2 moreIt went exceptionally well. From the moment we walked in the show room to the final walk through with the owner, we were pleased. They went above and beyond and the quality is outstanding. We did this long-distance for the most part and the owner and staff were very responsive to telephone calls and would meet us on weekends when we could be in town. Surprised to find such a high-end store in a small size city. Outstanding all the way around. On time and under budget. Yes, I said it -- UNDER budget. we paid $700 less than we were quoted!
Description of Work: New hardwood floors, new carpet, new paint (even the garage, storage room, and closets), a couple other miscellaneous things.

 + -1 moreTHE SALESPERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. FROM COMING INTO OUR HOME AND MEASURING TO ORDERING, AND THEN INSTALLING THE FLOORING, THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED HARDWOOD SPECIALTIES, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED REFINISHED OAK HARDWOOD FLOORING IN OUR LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, AND DINING ROOM, ABOUT 600 SQUARE FEET.
