+ 1 moreThese repairs were requested by me, but handled by our property manager, Krenzer Property Management, Inc., and Jim Beelaert of Creative Contracting, Inc. The pictures I received from Jim to verify the progress and ultimately the completion indicated that the jobs had been completed very well.
Description of Work: Creative Contracting fixed water damage near a set of french doors that led outside, put down a new kitchen floor, finished putting Drylok® on my basement walls, replaced our outside basement door, and added support to our basement stairs.

+ 2 moreThey helped repair water damage near the french doors, and laid a kitchen floor. They also touched up the kitchen cabinets and stabilized some stairs. He also replaced a basement outside door. My impression is that this is a go-to guy and he will tackle any project.
Description of Work: I own and rent out a property in Morristown and they have worked on the property several times since I've moved out the area.
