Complete Construction & Property Management

Contractor was paid $16,000 to tile two showers. He subbed out the work and they came out horrible. Had to be torn out twice until owner finally committed to doing it himself. In 5 days, Owner showed up for 34 total. He was belligerent, unprofessional, argumentative and finally had to call the police to have him removed from my home. I have decided to go with a different contractor who quoted me the same job for almost half the price and who has stellar reviews. Complete Construction does not have valid insurance, which I found out after this mess when I tried to call his insurance company on the expired Certificate of Liability he provided. The owner has refused to refund any of my money even though he never provided half of the other work that I paid him in full for (replace french doors and carpet in Master Bedroom). He is a crook, a liar and a thief. I strongly recommend for anyone who considers hiring him, that they also get other quotes and references. Pictures below show his "work". The line on the wall in the picture that has glass is the level line. Tiles were 1.5" out of level.
