Description of Work: My daughter tried to make an appointment for an electrical problem that very well could be dangerous. The woman that answers the phone said she would call her today and she didn't. My daughter called her back only for the woman to tell her that they don't schedule appointments?????? Off our list for good!

When we indicated that we thought their prices were a little too high for us, they said that that is what they were. Made no effort to bargain with us or show us lower priced lighting. Made no effort to encourage us to stay after we said their prices were too high for us.

We didn't have hot water and needed someone rather quickly. The gentleman was nice and went right to work. He finished in an hour and said they would send me an invoice. Very nice and responsive people. Yes, I would recommend them and use their company again in the future. Thanks!!

Description of Work: Had six can lights installed, two recessed speakers and floodlights all around the house. Also installed indoor/outdoor speakers, fixed outlets, hung fixtures and pretty much handled everything i threw at them. Very professional staff and the work was second to none. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They were efficient and fast, understood my budget and did everything possible to keep to original estimate. Would definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

 + -1 moreWe didn't see where the switch was because it was covered up. He checked some things, and then we found it. I basically just paid for the service call. That made me feel pretty bad. He was super nice and very helpful. It was fine.

Description of Work: Trouble shoot circuitry of outside floodlights and found a hot ground wire touching one light and replaced four flood lights.

 + 1 moreThese guys were here when they said they would be, unlike another who had promised to do it. They told me up front that it was going to cost more than the other guy had priced, and after seeing all the work that was involved I know why. There's no way it could have been done for the other guys price. They did a very professional job. They knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. When we tested it, we realized that when my electric furnace kicked on it would stall the generator because it was too much load for it. They knew exactly how to take care of that problem by using only half of the electric heaters when it is running on the generator. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I had this company install an emergency generator at my home. I purchased the generator and they just did the hookup.
