They did an excellent job and my carpets really looked clean and brand new! They also cleaned a large area rug in my living room and my sofa. Both of these are old pieces but they came out very nice. The job was well done and I would hire them again and recommend to others. They also called before they came to let me know they were on the way for my 1:00 appointment, and arrived on time! Actually about 10 minutes early. This was a first for me. Most workers who have come into my home are terribly late and I’ve had to wait hours on people. But not this company. I was impressed with scheduling and promptness.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were punctual, they returned my e-mail almost immediately. They came out and gave me an estimate, and were here exactly when they said they would be. But mostly, they just did a fantastic job. They have such an eye for detail. I'll be a customer for life.

I wasn’t able to find anyone in Greeneville to restretch our carpet. Shana, along with her assistant, was able to move the heavy furniture and do an excellent job stretching our carpet. Shana was very professional and made setting up the appointment very convenient. My rooms were left looking like new! I am more than happy with the job they did.

Very friendly and professional, took care of my walls by putting up wall guards so hose wouldn't scratch or chip paint. My floors looked like new and smelled great when they were finished. i will be having them back to clean my furniture in the spring! Would defiantly recommend this company to others.
