a.m.p.m. Movers

We moved from Hawaii to an apartment in Church Hill, TN July 2014. Now, July 2015, we have purchased a house in Morristown, TN. We called Am.Pm. Movers in Morristown to obtain a quote for our move in August. Being as we still have our 808 Hawaii area code phone numbers we always identify ourselves as "local" otherwise we've noticed people tend not to return our calls. For what ever their reason, being our unfamiliar area code, or they're "too busy", or incompetence, etc., etc., etc., they NEVER returned with a simple phone call. We're easy going people but we don't do business with companies displaying incompetence such as not returning a call. Glad we found out their incompetent before we entrusted them with our move.

the movers were just on time and took a moment to explain to me how the process worked and even introduced themselves to my mother. they relieved some of her worries by explaining how they would make the relocation go without a hitch which put a smile on my mothers face. she was a little anxious. they quickly packed and loaded everything ensuring that we did not leave anything my mom wanted to take wasn't left behind. at the retirement home, they were very courteous to other residents and joked with several. some even knew the 2 men we had because they had moved them in as well. the placed everything where she wanted it and set up her bed. they made sure it was just right and that she was satisfied before they left. i'm impressed with the service. i have used other companies in the past but none with the service we got.
