+ -1 moreJoel came out and did an estimate. His price was extremely competitive compared to 4 other moving companies. Joel is professional and personable. He stood by every guarantee he made. The scheduling was easy and flexible to suit our needs. Three guys came out to pack and load, and 2 made the long distance trip. The movers were extremely efficient and communicated with us about anything they were unsure of. The only thing i was not crazy about was that our mattresses did not get wrapped, but had we seen it before loading, they would have accomodated this, i'm sure. They arrived on time to unload and everything was smooth. we would definnitely use AM/PM again. thanks!!

+ -1 moreThey were very polite and cordial when they went threw the house to give us the estimate. They were on time and made me feel safe about the move. There are a lot of important things that I need to move and I do not want anything happening to them. They gave me a sense of comfort and we will use them unless we find someone else.
Description of Work: We had them come out to give us an estimate to move our entire 2700 square foot home. We are moving about 10 miles and they would be moving lots of heavy furniture and boxes. The big part about the move is all of our antiques. They told us they would take special care of those things and have them moved in a different way.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and they worked hard to load the truck. We did the packing ourselves but they would have helped if I wanted that part of the deal. Nothing was broken, stolen or scratched while loading and unloading the truck. I was happy with the price and they worked hard and as quickly as possible knowing I was paying by the hour.
Description of Work: They moved my personal property 10 miles in the Knoxville area. They charged $89 an hour.
