We have had a terrible fly problem at a farm. We were so impressed with Jason Dabbs. He gave us some ideas for helping the problem which did not include anything on his end. He said he needed to correct a water problem and move some animals and THEN use him to help control the flies. He didn't charge us anything for this visit despite the fact that we live far out in the country and it would not have been an easy or convenient stop for him. I was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and honesty in helping us at our home.

Arrived on time and checked for pests entry, sprayed interior area. I have noticed our bug problem has been much less severe this year while under contract and service with this company. Even the brown shield bugs well controlled. These guys do good work. Communication with the office is sometimes spotty and their billing department needs help, often neglecting to send a bill and then adding the balance to later bills. I have never overpaid or felt cheated, just confused at times. I do best just talking directly with the guys who come to the house.

Tim promised they would keep coming back until the wasps were gone. They'll be back again this week for a 2nd treatment. Their dusting for carpenter bees was more reasonably priced ($150/treatment) & was very effective.

Ronnie has been treating our home on a monthly basis for a year and we are pleased with the results. He is professional in every way. Calls ahead each month for appt. date and arrives on time. Any concerns we have are addressed immediately. We would highly recommend Action to everyone.

When they sprayed for pest control they were prompt, did the job quickly, and let us know all the facts about when we could use the area afterward.

Jason arrived promptly to our afternoon appt at my house. He took them time to walk the property and the home and discuss our concerns. We had moved from a very cold weather climate to TN and were not used to so many insects all year long. We had mostly been experiencing crawling insects and wasps. The wasps nests were located high on the second story and we were unable to reach them. Jason told us that the initial cost for the treatment would be $85 and then $39 a month thereafter. Our 'bug guy' Bill calls me every month the day before he's scheduled to come out to make sure the time and date is still good. Bill does a great job and always addresses any extra concerns I have about an increase in insects. He does treat the inside and the outside of the house, but was wonderful enough to caution me against treating where we have wood floors as the chemical could damage the floor. Overall we are very pleased with the service we receive!

They are very good and thorough. They are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to others.

We have been using them for several years. For the annual fee we get annual services, they are very reasonable. They are very customer oriented. I called for a problem that we had, and they came out the next morning, even though we said it wasn't an emergency.
