 + -1 moreHe does everything and he just goes everywhere. He goes under the house. He's very thorough and nice. He just comes in, says hello then does his stuff. He's very competitive too.

Description of Work: I have a contract with Ace Pest Control. The price determines the cost. That includes an inspection including termites. They come out quarterly and give perimeter treatments. If I find something, they come out and treat at no additional cost.

 + -1 moreACE PEST CONTROL Ace Pest Control, sprays all around the house and gets the cobwebs. They just take care of termites. They do fine, cause I don't have any termites. They are always on time. I am not sure if I am going to use them again or not. I use another company for fleas.
Description of Work: ACE PEST CONTROL I use Ace Pest Control, they were just here. I have a contract, they come out once a year to check for termites and spray. It is $95 a year.

 + -1 moreThey explained in good detail what they were going to do. They were very polite and courteous. They based their price on how many square foot you have. I would hire them to come back again. The response time was really good. I was pleased with everything.
