Fix it Fox did excellent work for my husband Stephen and I. We worked directly with Thomas Carpenter from start to finish. When it came to his quote he never tried to upsell us, but gave us options to decide what we wanted and what was best for us. His quality of work was exceptional, and we found his skill above and beyond. He showed up each day at the time we expected him. He was very efficient with his time, and made sure everything was clean before he left for the day. When the project was completed, Thomas was very honest and explained that we had a small surplus of material, offering a reimbursement. We were so impressed and pleased with him that we asked him to keep that small amount. We would highly encourage and recommend Fix it Fox for any future needs and we would definitely call on Thomas again if the need arises.

They're truly aren't enough words to express the gratitude I have to Thomas. He goes above and beyond to work very hard for his customers it starts with his punctuality, integrity, and his ability to follow through with what he and his customers agree on. He comes to your home with a very great attitude, he is extremely pleasant to be around and has an extremely hard work ethic. I would highly recommend Thomas to my closest friends and family. Along with his great attitude, he is extremely fair with his pricing and works very hard to take good care of this customers as far as that's concerned. Thomas came to my house to paint a closet and I had several errands to run off and on throughout the day, I left Thomas alone in my home and felt extremely confident with my decision as I trust him very much. Last, I would like to add that the one thing that I was grateful for the most was not only is he extremely versatile in all the things that he's capable of doing, but he does not sugarcoat anything or beat around the bush, he will honestly tell you up front if he has not done a particular job yet or if he does not have the skill set to do something which is not the case. He will clearly tell you that he has not done it yet but he's willing to research anything he needs to to figure it out and do it properly. I am an off-duty police officer and I will tell you first hand that he is an A++ in my book. My fiance and I were so happy to have him at our home to do work that we insisted that he sit down and eat dinner with us because we enjoyed his company. Thank you Thomas for your hard work on the projects that you have done for me I'm very grateful to have an opportunity to say that there are still good contractors and workers out there with integrity like you.
