Description of Work: They were prompt in the initial visit to go over what we wanted for an addition/remodel. They provided great options and returned the estimate quickly. I have not used them yet but plan to in the hopefully near future.

 + 5 morePleased with job so far, More work to be done at that location when more favorable weather arrives as well as work planned at another site.
Description of Work: Repaired termite damaged areas in front and rear of house. Replaced front door including sill and frame. Repaired damaged side door and frme where someone had kicked it in. Repaired five sets of bi-fold doors and reinstalled them after sawing off bottoms of each so they could open and close properly. (Doors had to be cut off due to height of carpets that had been installed by a previous contractor that failed to complete the job) Installed new bathtub and enclosure after removing existing tub and blue board. Mudded and painted master bath and half-bath. Replaced (primed and painted) molding strips in master bath and half-bath. Repaired door to storage room where a previous renter had cut a hole for pet access. Installed automatic air-vents to crawl-space under house. Installed water encroachment barriers around each air vent. Installed new gutters and down-spouts after painting facia boards. Seamless gutters work was done by a sub-contractor for Mr Drescher. Replaced lower siding boards that had become water damaged around exterior of house due to splash-up. Also primed the back-side of the siding to prevent future water splash-up from penetrating siding. Constructed, installed and painted a new window frame for interior of half-bath. Repaired exterior hole on rear of house that was created by the removal of kitchen stove exhaust vent

Description of Work: They constructed a drop ceiling, built walls and painted them. They also put preservative on two decks outside. I definitely would hire them again.

 + 3 moreThe project was started on time and finished on time. The Drescher's are very nice people and did beautiful work at a fair price. I will use their skills again and would recommend them to my own family members.
Description of Work: Framed, sheet rocked and painted the walls, electrical outlets moved, lights and a dropped ceiling installed.

 + -1 moreOur project was looked at and discussed, then started around our schedule. Two workers came and removed carpeting then installed the bamboo. How often do you get to speak well of a contractor? They were wonderful to work with and very accommodating and considerate of my health issues. We supplied the bamboo, but anything else associated with installation was provided by Dresher Construction. When it came time for transition pieces, John checked with our supplier and discovered the pieces were not immediately available. He then decided to make the transitions himself. They are probably better made than the pieces we would have needed to order! They were also quick to change installed pieces that we were initially unhappy with. All work was completed on a timely basis, to our complete satisfaction and with a servant's heart. We will happily call Drescher Construction the next time we need something done!
Description of Work: We had carpet removed and Bamboo flooring installed, including transition pieces made-by-hand. The pieces were installed from bamboo to carpeted areas and tiled areas.
