Quality Pools & Spas LLC did a tremendous job and I'm so glad we chose this company by reading one previous review we were skeptical but we are so glad we made the choice we did thank you Quality Pools! There prices are not low end but not the highest we were more concerned with a quality project more than the actual cost but they helped a lot with both! Our back yard looks amazing you were so helpful through the whole process we will tell everyone we know how great your services were!!!!

They put in the pool and anything that went wrong, they never returned my phone calls. I wouldn't use them again. They suggested a concrete person and the concrete chip landed in the pool. They never got me all the little toggles that held the cover. I just wouldn't use them again. It cost us too much. I disliked that when something went wrong, they sort of hid and never returned emails and phone calls. It was like, We got your money and we got the pool in so I'm done. If everything goes right they will probably be great, but if anything goes wrong you will never hear from them again. That was our experience and I don't know anybody else. Their price is sort of in the middle of the road. We didn't get the cheapest and we didn't get the most expensive. It's a beautiful pool. The original pool that was fiberglass got shipped and whoever shipped it put another pool inside it and destroyed it. He got with the shipping company and he took pictures and he called them back and he said it was unacceptable. Instead of shipping me another one, what the company that did the fiberglass and shipped it put tiles around to cover the scratches. For that reason, I probably have a better pool than I ordered, but I could have lost the whole thing with the concrete last year. The quality of the pool itself is very nice. They came almost at the end of summer. We thought they were coming sooner but he got himself backed up so we ended up getting it a week or 2 before Labor Day. Anybody that doesn't return phone calls when there is a problem to me isn't a professional. We had to have somebody rip up the concrete and another person come out and get the concretes in the bottom of the pool that had fallen in, and this person that ripped up the concrete laid new concrete. It cost us a lot more money than we were anticipating. You think you paid for something and you got to move on to the next project, and you are still paying for something.

The pool was delivered damaged and it was not their fault, it was the people from whom they ordered it. They were very good with following with it. They told the guy that he needed something to fix it. They came up with a resolution of putting tile because it was scratched at the top. They were very good about following up with it and it is beautiful. I had to call them a few times to follow up on a few things. On some things they were really good but on some things I really had to call and they were looking into it but they never kept me informed. The price was fair and we got a really good quality pool. We could have got a cheaper fiber glass pool but I am not sure if we would have gotten what we wanted. They fixed the problem we had and made it better. If they said they were coming they did. They were extremely professional.
