Millington Floor Covering

My dealing with the sales representatives and the pricing. ordering, delivering, and installing the products went flawlessly. All that were involved with this transaction were complete professionals in every sense.

We were really dreading the whole process of having new flooring installed, but Millington Floors made it easy. They have a great selection and were very knowledgeable about their products. The salesman that I had was not very friendly, but don't let that stop you from using them, as the rest of the team made up for it. The gentleman that came out to measure did a great job and was very helpful. The best part was the installers! They were very professional and really knew what they were doing. I would put them up against any installers in the city. I might add that their pricing was very competitive. I got estimates from two places and Millington Floors was considerable less expensive. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

The carpet work was ok, but the vinyl work was sloppy. The caulkin work was sloppy. They left a permenant stain on the bathroom tub in my master bathroom. They said thats just what happens sometimes and theres nothing they could do about it.

We hired them to replace our carpeting after a pipe burst due to the winter freeze. They showed up and quot;earlyand quot; as requested by us (0730) and removed the remaining carpeting. They were done in about an hour. I was amazed at how quickly they had everything done. The only negative comment I have is that I wish they had done a better job cleaning up the carpet bits after installation. But that is not a deal breaker. I would definitely use them again.

Millington had a very good selection of materials and completed the job quickly. The installers showed up on time and were professional. We got a quote from another floor company and had both give us estimates on the same carpet and laminate. Millington was less expensive (by over $1000 on the entire job) and offered a better carpet pad, etc. We've been very happy with the people who worked with us from Millington and would use them again.

The salesman and installers were all very nice. I was told that the installers would be at my house between 7:30 and 8:30 am, but they did not arrive until around 9:30 am. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service. They did a good job and my floors look great!

Their pricing was reasonable. They were pleasant and professional. I will still use them in the future.
