+ -1 moreRobert returned my call within an hour of me calling him. Lightning had struck our satellite dish during a storm which in turn damaged our TV. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and called back within a couple of days with a price estimate we felt was very fair. He even gave us the part number to research ourselves. He offered to meet us at work to keep us from having to take off and he fixed our TV in no time. Our TV has worked great ever since.

Description of Work: Was suppose to repair my dishwasher. He would never return my calls. He would not answer his phone. His voicemail was allways full. It took forever. When he left my house, my dishwasher did not work.

+ -1 moreHe came out and looked at my tv and said he would order the part. Nothing ever happened after that. No return call nothing. I tried contacting him for a week the called Samsung back and got a new company assigned. He was a cool guy just dropped the ball.

+ -1 moreHe was amazing. My grandmother died on Fri the day he came out to fix our dryer and he heard me crying. He asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. He was so nice.
Description of Work: Robert is amazing. He called me back the same day I called him and he came out the very next morning. He said that a part was needed to fix my problem. he would order it that day and come as as soon as he could. we spoke on thur that the part finally came in and we scheduled for him to come out the next day. He came out and fixed my dryer the very next day. The first company I called said they couldn't come out till Sat. My part was ordered and my dryer working before the other company could come out for just the inital visit. Robert was very sweet as well.
