I hired them to clean/inspect my chimney. Iâ ve only rated an average 4.0 at this point. However, Alex did good work, cleaned up , made some recommendations for additional repairs & showed me video of his recommendations. Iâ ll have him come back next week & will update after he has finished.

I felt very comfortable with their recommendations for repairs needed above and beyond my scheduled service. They give empirical evidence of the needed work.

Quite often a tech will call 20 min before & say they are on the way These guys call the day Before! to assess problem & make sure they have necessary tools to fix problems .....Fixed & cleaned fireplace/ vacuumed carpet living room so clean you couldn't tell work had been done

seems to have a overall good job. i gotta wait until it rains to make sure gutters draining properly. but never received my contract or receipt thru e mail. only have text

How many times has phone operator booked an appointment & technician had wrong tool or had to go get part? Not this time ....Jason called a day before appointment , asked specific details about my problems, & decided to reschedule a day early if I was home ( I was ) Great crew, & no worry about vacuuming your carpet after they are finished . 25 year old fireplace looked new again Bonus was they gave me quality estimates on some other work that I have been planning but procrastinating on. Highly Recommended

They called an hr before to say they were coming, arrived on time, very nice and professional. They did excellent work and were very patient in explaining to me how to operate my fireplace. They were about to leave when my husband arrived and they even took the time to explain to him as well!! Great customer service
