Was supposed to call the day of. Did not call and showed up towards the end of their scheduled slot. I would like to be communicated with better.

Quick, responsive, done right

They came the day they said they would. However they told me between 2-4. They called around 9:30 to say they were on the way. We agreed I could not leave work, so I would see them in pm. Then they called & said they were supposed to be there between 3-5. They called to say they were running late & finally arrived @ 5:20. They did do a good job.

Although there was a few communication issues between the office and technician, I chose to give them another chance to make it right to get my dryer vent cleaned out. The owner/manager, Alex, was very apologetic and made the situation right, The technician, Daniel, was very thorough, courteous, and helpful. Once completed with cleaning the vent, he gave me an estimate at a very reasonable price and I plan on contacting them again in the near future to complete it. If you are reviewing this comment, I've lived in this area for some time now and have had other companies at my home, and given estimates that made my head hurt. if you want a thorough job completed at a reasonable price, I'd highly recommend this company.

For their own safety I would have liked to see them use a ladder stabilizer on the roof when climbing on the ladder alone on an un-level ground. But I kept bugging them about safety first, so later one of them stood at the bottom holding the ladder. Made me feel better for their safety.

Customer service and communication was excellent! They did what I hired them to do, noticed some additional work to be done, and worked efficiently. I did anticipate the extra work :) I felt the price was very reasonable. I gave a 4.5 rating on the quality of work, because we haven't used our fireplace since the cleaning and sealing of the flashing. However, I don't anticipate any problems. I will definitely call Healthy Home Services USA again when needed.

The initial estimate was $99..00. However, they found some cracks in the gutters and with the repairs, the whole bill was $240.00. There was a miscommunication about when they were coming and came a day later than originally planned. They found a problem with my chimney so they are coming back to repair that.

He did a good job, noted some areas of my roof that needed looking in to and took pictures, which I will send to my insurance company. He added screws where they had fallen out, cleaned the french drains, and was very professional about it, explaining everything he was doing and what the cost was for each task.

We were in the middle of a project and needed chimney inspected and cleaned. Daniel was out that afternoon. Very polite gentlemen and worked to get the job done. The electricity went off so he couldn't finished with the vaccum but he continued the old fashion way, swept it up . Suggested a few things which do need done. I would highly recommend this company and will call again.

This was the only company that perform the service we needed,and they Slowed the problems for our AC cooling system an Air-Vents...I would definitely recommend this company to Anyone I know...THANKS ALOT ALEX!!!
