Excellent customer service

They were quick in their work once they got here. I did have to spend the better part of my afternoon waiting on them, however, which I was not happy about. Initially said 10 am-noon but I had to call around 1:30 to ask where they were. Finally showed at 4:30 pm. Make sure you get firm times from them to appear.

We have hired Healthy Home Services for the past 3 years to clean our chimney. Today we also hired them to clean our rain gutters. They went above and beyond to clean the gutters and surrounding areas and after cleaned up the area. Alex has always been respectful , on time, and communicates to us when on his way or if he might be delayed. I highly recommend Healthy Home Services!!

Pressure washing of my home was very poor; no products were used, only pressure washer w/water which is not what I was told when the estimate was made. My home still has areas that were not cleaned and it appears that the areas were too high to reach from the ground. This is only single-story home. I was puzzled when the supervisor told me they "just couldn't get it". Because of this, I feel an adjustment to the project cost should be made. Promised a Certificate of Insurance the day of the estimate and again on the work started, 5/22/17; 7 requests since for this certificate of insurance ignored. This type of customer service and lack of communication overrides anything I could say positive about this company. Communication was poor....did not even show up one day as planned...no contact until I called them. I will not be using or referring this company in the future. There has been no attempt to contact me to rectify the situation. I suppose a call to the BBB regarding the Certificate of Insurance is in order. I recommend Home Advisor reconsider recommending this company to their subscribers. PJ/Bartlett, TN
