Responded to my online request immediately for projects to clean exterior, clean windows, and repair any weathered damaged areas in order to prepare the house for the real estate market. Project was schefuled within 10 days of the estimate. Only issue was was an unexpected delay to start work, however, contractor notified me of the unanticpated delays. Contractor detail oriented and discovered minor repairs and fixed them. Estimate and change orders were fairly projected.
