The visit was resheduled due to mechanical difficulties. The visit rescheduled was completed and done well! Additional work was requested while workers were on the roof and the total cost of the project was reasonable. I plan to engage this company for future projects and recommend them highly to others.

They did a good job. Sadly it did not fix the problem and the chimney does not draw like it should to keep smoke out of the house. I stopped burning wood in that fireplace.
