Good communication regarding arrival and follow up

I had my home built in 2007 but never used the fireplace. During the ice storm I was without power and no heat. Since my fireplace is gas I called Healthy Home Services USA. They came the same day. Alex was very professional and explained to me how to use my fireplace. All I can say is my home is warm and I am grateful he came to clean and start my fireplace. Excellent service.

These men were professional, respectful, and responsible. They arrived when expected and did a great job without making a bit of a mess. When they left, the wood stove as well as the stove pipe was spotless. I will most definitely call them again when their services are needed.

Crew worked hard and fast. They cleaned up extremely well. They shared information about lighting pilot light, setting the gas furnace flame and setting the damper. They explained ather services and we set up appointments.
