Description of Work: I had a cracked refrigerant line and consequently low coolant. The technician arrived on time and discovered the leak, repaired the line and replaced the leaked coolant. Unfortunately, the technician informed me that my coolant was one of the priciest on the market, so that brought the cost quite a bit. However, my a/c works perfectly now and I have no complaints. G & R Building Maintenance were very professional and made sure to return my call when I had to leave a message during after hours.

Description of Work: Came to service our AC unit that had frozen up. Recharged with freon and seems to have solved the problem. They handle all our annual maintenance/service. We have used them since 2002.

+ 0 moreG and R Building Maintenance didn't get it the first time so they have to come back a couple of times to make some adjustments but every time they came back they were prompt and didn't try to sell me more when they came back.
Description of Work: They worked on our furnace. They redid our duct work for our furnace and reinstalled the furnace to correct some deficiencies.

+ -1 moreOne of our air conditioner units was running very loudly. I called and spoke to Carl. Within an hour of my calling, Jeff arrived at my house to service our air conditioners. Upon inspection he discovered the one that was running loudly was clogged. He cleaned both units and unclogged the one that was clogged. I am very happy with the work that was performed. I intend to call them if I have any more problems with my heating and air conditioning. I also feel their fee was very reasonable.
