Concrete Surfaces

Called this company for an estimate given for resurfacing concrete slab and creating a wood grain texture concrete floor after major plumbing work in kitchen and dining room area. Agreed on price, start date and all. The finished floor was nothing like we asked if he could do, plus the work was sloppy and it was obvious a large amount of dark stain was spilled in the center of the floor, and then sort of smeared around then sealed over. The colors were bizarre and the work was inferior. After we rejected this, he came back and had to start over again.Finally after the finished floor was more acceptable but it still not was what I had expected but at this point I was ready to be finished. (We had been in upheaval for over 6 weeks including the plumbing work.) Also, he would not replace the quarteround wood around the walls for a finished look, and he slopped red stain on my cabinets and made no effort to clean it off, and when asked about coming out to replace quarter round, he told me it wasn't in agreement and he was going to do it as a favor for me, which he never did. They removed the wood so it stands to reason he would replace it. Multiple attempts made to make appointment to start on last phase of project he agreed to do but he never shows up or attempts to communicate. All efforts to communicate and set appointments were initiated by me and he never followed through. He would text "we will be there in the morning between 9-11 but never arrive. I felt like I was being punished for not liking his first attempt. I would never use him for anything ever again or recommend him.
