+ 0 moreHe ruined the glass by using an orbital sander. In addition, he destroyed the mortise lock on the bottom of the stationary door. He got an estimate to replace the glass for 1300.00. He stated that he could not afford to pay that. He somehow found the money to hire an attorney. His only solution was to put a 1 1/2 piece of trim around all 16 windows to obscure both the view and the damage. I refused and he responded that we would just have to sue him. He admitted to damaging the windows, just said he could not pay to repair them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this amateur.
