+ -1 moreI don't know what a typical spring replacement job would run, so I marked pricing as good rather than excellent. I have used Cayson three times over the past 20 years . They installed a new garage door on my house in Memphis many years ago. The whole door installation was new, not a replacement and cost about $400. After I moved into this house, the worm gear on my automatic door opener went bad due to age. They again responded rapidly and did they job quickly and smoothly. So when this problem came up, I called a company I was happy with. They work anywhere in Memphis or northern Shelby Co. They have come to my house in Tipton Co twice.
Description of Work: Cayson Door Co is a service provider I've used twice before. This time, my garage door started hanging up while opening on Saturday, June 21, 2014. I called their nmber on that Saturda and a woman answered and took my information. She said someone would call me Monday morning. Ralph called Monday morning and said he would come to the house when he finished a job in Millington. He called again later and wanted a corrected spelling of my street name to put in his GPS. After unloading his truck at the company site and reloading for my door problem, he reloaded for my door problem and arrived at my house at about 10:45 am. He confirmed that one of my door springs was broken and had already given me an estimated cost of $275 to repair the door. He replaced both door springs and adjusted the door operation in about an hour and charged me the $275 and I was back in business with a properly operating garage door. Cayson's owner recently died and other family members are takingover so I don't know if they will keep the same name, but the phone numbers should be good.
