Description of Work: I hired Brian and his team to get weeds out of one of my yards. I also needed to get grass to grow in it's place. We originally were going to have sod laid. He suggested saving money by doing a heavy seeding with hay overlay to hold it in place. I did not think it would work but, to save money, we tried it. IT WORKED! The yard was in very bad shape. It looks a lot better now.

 + 0 moreBrian gave us a free estimate before services began, and explained his billing procedures clearly. The work is done on schedule (every 2 weeks). We had a minor hiccup the first week, but everything smoothed out and we got great lawn care at a great price. Brian is reliable, professional, and does a great job. When it came time to need leaf clean up, we asked Brian if he did that as well. He said yes, and added us to his schedule. He did a great job and we are looking forward to a long working relationship.
Description of Work: We needed basic lawn care - cutting, edging, trimming and clean up. When the weather changed, we also needed leaf clean up, which Brian also provides.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job. And the two men that runs the place Bryan, is very kind, very conscientious, he always does a... like an estimate and follow this estimate and doesn't charge you. I would use them again in the future.
