Mr. Carpenter was prompt at answering my calls and also returned calls if he said he would. He arrived on time to give me an estimate for the work. It only took about 1 and 1/2 weeks to get the work done and the job was actually completed in three days. I was not at home when the work began and problems arose with my neighbor. Mr. Carpenter was polite and professional in dealing with my neighbor and was able to work the issue out without me being there. His crew arrived when I was told they would arrive. They were professional, courteous, and kept their work area clean. There were a few unforseen issues with my house that added to the original estimate, but I felt that Mr. Carpenter was fair in what he charged for the added work. I am completely satified with the job and look forward to using Aaron's Painting in the future when I turn my attention to some needed interior painting.

We are very satisfied with the quality of work as well as the cost to have the job completed. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and our house looks great! We would highly recommend Aaron Painting and Construction!

This was a big job! Most of the siding and trim on our home had water damage and needed replacing. When they took the old siding down there wasn't anything behind it! Our attic was wide open to the whole neighborhood! They put up black board and had to add 2x4's to attach it because the original studs were too far apart. The same with the 3 exterior walls of our garage. They didn't make the same siding anymore and Donald's suggestions were not only aesthetically pleasing and a very good product, but economical as well. This job took a week or more longer than it should have because there was so much more repair that had to be done that you couldn't see until you started tearing out the old siding. Donald even had to build a new shutter to match the others because of extensive water damage. Were there problems? Yes, but nothing that Donald didn't do his best to fix. One of The newer and younger members of his crew decided my azaleas were in the way and took it upon himself to cut down! Without asking! Luckily I was in the process of thinning the azaleas out. I went ahead and cut them all the way back and they're already greening up. Then the crew messed up our phone wires but Donald got someone to come fix everything as quickly as he could. A few other minor things but they were all honest and hardworking! Donald was inundated with other work but managed everything here pretty well. He was very nice.

Bad. We were ready to get started while understanding that he was busy and it would depend on his painters' availability. We discussed paint, etc and he suggested that he could possible get a painter for us on the next Saturday and would call us back. He not only didn't call about that Saturday but wouldn't return our calls the following week either. We have not heard from him since. If he didn't want the job, he should have let us know this so we could have moved forward faster. Home was vacant so work was easy.

Aaron painting was very courteous, paid close attention to detail treated me and my house with respect. Our house is very old and needed to be prepped and painted correctly as it had not been done in years I am highly impressed with the outcome of not only my exterior but interior results. I highly recommend Aaron Painting, not only was their quotes some of the lowest but they were the nicest guys that were courteous and respectful. That's a big deal to me, I would never hire a rude person regardless of the cost!

They were hard workers. They got here early and cleaned up everything. You get what you pay for. They came out here and did what they were suppose to do. I had to only call him once and it was for him to come get his money. They just came right on out. I would recommend them to anyone else.

The job went very well. It took 8 days. I was here at the house everyday and we are very pleased with the attention to detail applied by the crew and the overall results. Donald (Aka Rod) Carpenter's team was here promptly at 8:00 each morning and worked until 6:30 each evening. I received three estimates from contractors and decided to hire Rod. Of the other two contractors who also advertised as painting and construction companies, the second contractor required half up front and the balance when the job was complete and the estimate was considerably higher than Rod's estimate. The third contractor required half when the job was half done and the balance when the job was complete. Further, the third contractor required that I purchase the material and they would perform the labor. Understandable because you definitely know what materials you are paying for but you have to go through the hassle of getting all the material. However, as I worked more with the third contractor on plans to do the job, he then referred me to a roofing contractor to fix the roof leak and a siding contractor to have the siding installed before he painted. With Rod, he always answered or promptly returned my calls from the time I first called him to the time the job was complete, no payment was required until the job was complete, all materials were included in the estimate, he charged no fee for hauling off the old siding like one of the other contractor's estimate included, and he was able to perform all the needed work. Not that I ever had any reason to question Rod's ethics, but you hear that some contractors may come out with Sherwin Williams or Porter Paint paint buckets and they fill them with some cheap paint and charge you the price for the more premium paints. The paint Rod brought was bought that day and had the dated mix formula stickers on the buckets so I knew the exact paint being used. Again, Rod never gave me any reason to question his ethics. He kept me apprised of their plans for the day and the next day, gladly answered all questions I had, and easily accommodated changes I requested from the initial estimate while the job was in progress. His team did a good job of keeping the area clean as they worked, they were very professional and courteous, and worked constantly (except for lunch of course). We had a bad experience with a different contractor about 4 years ago so we were skeptical. Rod renewed our trust. I do most of my own maintenance and remodeling jobs around the house, do lots of research and ask lots of questions but a job like this one is more than I wanted to do by myself. That said, I feel I have a pretty good idea of quality workmanship. We expect quality work, that is what we received, and we are very happy we hired Aaron Painting and Construction and if you hire them, I am sure you also will be very happy with the results. Rod will do you right and at a very fair price!

They did a fantastic job. They're very meticulous. Overall they provided me an excellent job.

Donald is a true gentleman and professional. He does the three things that are important, he returns phone calls promptly; he shows up when he says he is going to or calls to explain why he is unable to; and he does the the work that was agreed to at the agreed price in a professional, workman like, and timely manner. This is the second time we have used this company and would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to a friend.

Donald estimate was a lot cheaper than another estimate. The quality of the work that Donald and his crew performed was excellent. Donald was real helpful on giving suggestions on a color for our front door.Donald follow up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highty recommend Aaron Painting & Construction for the quality of the work performed and the estimated price for the work performed. Donald also did some extra things to our home and did not charge us to do them.

He was excellent. I would only use him again and I recommend him to anybody. He was really great, he showed up when he said he would and if I ask him to do anything extra, he would and he told me in the beginning if I need anything we'll do it and he did, he was wonderful.

Donald and his crew arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They were very organized and focused. Their attention to detail and willingness to address my concerns and answer questions was very much appreciated. The big plus for me was that they were able to complete the job in one day. The post-job run thru was painless and they not only took care of some minor fixes, they also stepped up to repaint the garage door when after a few days, I decided against the initial color. Kudos and thank you for a great job!

I called Donald on a Tuesday, he came over the same day to provide an estimate. He started painting that Thursday and was done the next day. He was on site both days to supervise, then came back the next week to walk around the house with me and ensure I was satisfied. I had gotten another quote on the job, and his was the same, but based on the feedback here I chose him. I will call him the next time I need painting.

Donald started the work thursday morning with the wood repair, pressure wash, caulking of the wood and windows, and did the main part of the painting and finished the job Tuesday with painting the shutters and doors and it looks GREAT!! Also, the price was right for my budget. I will definitely use him again!!!

We have never worked with anyone who did a more meticulous and completely professional job than Donald Carpenter and his Aaron Painting and Carpentry crew. Donald worked with us in every phase... from estimating costs and choosing paint colors to keeping us aware of the progress. We purchased our home knowing that we had a long list of future improvements, so we began a search for a competent company to help us achieve our goals. Luckily we chose Aaron Painting and Carpentry and the results of our first project were outstanding because our home went from drab and sad to beautiful. We have had people stop and admire the change AND ask us who did the work. (A neighbor hired Aaron to do their home). The painters removed the storm windows, carefully prepared the wooden windows for painting and after doing a beautiful paint job, washed and cleaned both windows before they were replaced - 20 windows x 2. They also painted the wood siding, trim and 33 year old brick exterior, drastically improving the appearance of our home. The carpenters replaced wood siding, made extensive repairs on two dormers and performed other jobs with impressive results. This is an honest accounting of the job done by this company because we believe that truly deserving people should be recognized with praise and gratitude. Perhaps we had become accustomed to mediocrity and disappointing results when hiring home improvement companies, but we were very pleased with the wonderful job performed by Donald Carpenter and crew. They went above and beyond our expectations and restored our faith in professional workmanship. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Owner gave me a good estimate for painting one bedroom and ceiling. Came on the day he scheduled, but came late due to an employee issue. Sent two men over later. Did a fairly poor job. Owner came back several days later and fixed all issues. I would use them again.

Donald Carpenter arranged to meet with me and reviewed the requested job, answered all my questions, explained each step in the process, suggested improvements to my request and started work on the day scheduled. Only had one rain day delay which caused an additional day to the original estimated schedule. I originally compared his quote with two others and although his total estimate was higher than the other two, he provided more replacement boards, included the garage door replacement and offered a senior discount. In comparison to the others, his proposal was more advantagous.

This was the second job that I used AP&C for. As was the first job, the workmanship and professionalism was impecable. Ron is professional and very much focused when it comes to his customer's satisfaction of the end result of a project he has done. AP&C is priced very fairly. The job was completed in less than 2 hours with no leaks or any residual issues. You can trust this company and it's owner with confidence. I have more jobs that I intend to hire AP&C to complete for me.

This was the first job I hired Ron (aka Rod) the owner of this company. He was honest and priced fairly for the work performed. The job was for exterior painting on my house to which a written quote and contract was provided. We discussed the color paint (Sherwin-Williams was is preferred paint which is what I already had on my house and he knew that the color my builder used was blended. So, Rod made sure that is what was mixed to put back on my house. One IMPORTANT thing to note is that his crew provides a brush paint and not a spray paint so you can ensure that you are getting a solid surface of paint on your siding. What I was very impressed with and thrilled about was that Rod stayed on the job to oversee his very skilled, polite crew. He was extremely aware of my valueable landscaping and ensured that his crew understood the value impact if they damaged any of it. The second thing I was ecstatic about is that he had enough painters on the job that it was finished in one day. His crew chemically washed my entire exterior with to eliminate any mold that may have built up, checked to see if any scraping was required (fortunately no), no siding replacement was required before painting. A third thing to know is that you will not have paint on your windows because his crew is extremely neat and trim in very professionally. Oh...they also ensured my gutters were clean so they could paint them. That was a free bonus that day :) (thanks Rod!) I have quotes for other job that I didn't budget for this year but will most definitely build them in to my 2014 budget and this company will be the only company I will hire. I recommended Aaron Painting to several people at work. I know of one who is using him but she also told one of her neighbors who used him and was extremely pleased. You can trust this owner and his company. He does get very busy and sometimes doesn't manage his appointment calendar so well, but when he schedules a job, you can guarantee that he WILL be there with his crew and will do the most professional job.

Work was done well and in the promised time frame according to the estimate.

Donald responded quickly and professionally. He is a nice man - relates well to both husband and wife. He has good ability to assess what needs to be done. Estimated paint quantity was spot-on. Made estimate on the spot and lived with it. His prices are mid-range. His results are top end. His crew was punctual, efficient and effective. THey are good at what they do, they concentrate on their painting and work well together. THey used rollers and brushes because my house was in need of a thick coat of paint. Trim edges are sharp.
