Initially everything seemed ok. The fence was in and a fence is a fence right? As long as it stays together it's a fence. A couple months after it was done the fence separated at an area where there was a transition to a slightly different angle. I've seen this on 100s of other fences but I could not get these guys to come out and fix it. I got the run around of we'll be in the area in a couple of days and we'll take care of it then, then oops sorry we forgot, we'll be back in the area in a few days, they still didn't fix it.. Eventually I got tired of it and fixed it myself. I guess that's a problem with paying in full at completion of the job. Had I still owed them money I bet they would have been here Johnny on the spot to take care of it. That was last fall. Now lets talk about now. My new neighbor just put in her fence. When I looked at it I discovered that my fence was not on my property line. It was inside it by about 15' wide and 30' long. I called to talk to them and I get "We take absolutely NO responsibility for where a fence is installed." What? You obviously put it in the wrong place to begin with and you take no responsibility??? I asked what it would take to move it and they send out an estimator. They want an additional $490.00 to move a fence that THEY put in the wrong place to begin with. They tell me that "someone" must have told them to put it there because they wouldn't do that on their own. Here is exactly what happened; it's obvious that they fenced where the new sod had been laid and paid absolutely no attention to actual property boundaries. All of the new sodded grass is inside my existing fence. Everything outside the fence is wild natural grass. Do NOT use this company.

Everything went so smoothly. The estimate guy was very good and had me a price right then. I had about 5 estimates done. they were the cheapst and the estimate guy told me what kind of wood (Cedar) they were using and all. The others didn't. It took one day to do the post work and another day to put the fence up. I talked to the man that was doing the fence work and watched him work. I was amazed at how he did the gates and made sure that every panel was level. He also has been doing this work for 20 + years. Now got to get it stained, which they are suppose to be out there this weeked to get that done! It smells so good outside and looks beautiful!! I could not be any happier!!!
