Description of Work: Job was to enclosed carport to make garage, rebuild sunroom, and provide siding on remainder of house. The work was to start Dec. 26, 2008. He said the work would be completed before Easter of 2009. He would disappear for weeks at a time and wouldn't return my calls. He would finally call and say he was out of town on his regular job... wonder why he couldn't call to let me know that he wouldn't be back when he promised? It turns out in some aspects he did not have the experience to do the job he quoted and was not man enough to admit he was in over his head. I had a terrible roof leak caused by his change of the roofline on my house and improper roofing! (Roofing professionals paid to repair the problem said it was CLEAR he had no idea what he was doing!) I have rippled siding on the back of my house, leaks around my French doors in the sunroom, poor framing caused because he didn't check to make sure the concrete he was building on was square, major leaks on the floor at the side of the sunroom, flooding in the garage,etc., and endless frustration that no one wants to clean up this man's mess! He stopped working in August promising to finish and fix the work.... only to file bankruptcy! Interesting note--- his contract says the work is guaranteed for 5 years! Bankruptcy for Chapter 13 goes on for 60 months.... Interesting timeline, huh?!?!
