+ -1 moreOur heat would only come on intermittently and only after it would get very cold in the house. We have small kids and needed help fast. We called a friend of a friend from another company who came out and gave us an incorrect diagnosis after about five minutes at the house and recommended we replace the entire unit to the tune of about $5,000. Golden Rule was recommended to us so we gave him a call. He came out at night and on the weekends every time the heat went out to test the unit to see what it was doing. Long story short, it was an easy and cheap fix that has been working perfectly for the past several weeks. When they say and quot;Golden Ruleand quot; mechanical, they mean it. I will definitely be calling them back for any future HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Fixed our gas furnace for WAY cheaper than what others who were just trying to make a quick profit had quoted us.
