+ -1 moreMy mom who is 73 years of age , and has physical limitations , verbally hired Steve Hallmark of 4041 Wahl Street Milan Tennessee which is right across street , has not completed any of the jobs, that my mom has verbally contracted MR. Steve Hallmark , who also comes over early in morning helping his self to tools and gas which I had just purchased the day before to mow yard was empty can next morning ,during brief cutting of trees he borrowed chainsaw and has yet to return it to my mom , he claims to be and independent contractor , who says he works for a union , has blatantly borrowed money over and over , owes me $25 and my mom $400 for services not completed, my mom has spoken to him as I have, and neither my mom is very happy, I have thought about kicking his a** for what he has done to my mom , thou I know he would call the police and all due respect to my mom , I thought your service could find some way to run a check on him which he claims has been in San Antonio Texas and upstate New York , I wander what skeletons he has in his closet, I would like to hear from you and am enclosing my email address to contact me to help my mom , I am not asking for myself, I am asking for myself and not scared of giving my name Gerald Dewayne Arrington garrington64@att.net and I rate him as F if you had unsatisfactory or incomplete I would give Steve Hallmark he is a con-artist and thief who takes advantage of kind hearted people , I wish you could help me and find info for me against so he can be reported in a legal manner , and notify any one around Milan Tennessee of this so called person, he will rip them off , and that he shouldn't be payed up front , I want him to feel what he has done to my mom and me , Thank You Gerald Arrington my mom's name is Montie Sue Arrington My mom has spent over $1000 for supplies and materials and $400 for services not completed and has not been here to do any work and lives across street, or yet to talk to me or mom ,
Description of Work: Mr. Steve Hallmark was hired by my mom on 10-10-12 to hang a lattice privacy fence and payed $200 for pick up and installation, and on 2-21-13 was asked to top and cut several trees in my moms yard , and also was payed $100 , also was given $100 to patch up storage shed

+ 0 moreSlow on service, but whenever they did get to me it was a very good job. I hope that service will be faster in the future.
Description of Work: My first report it seemed like that I was just getting the run around. I had to contact him several different times. I was however glad to finally get the work done. I has been hot,and people have been busy, but I thought that the work was going to be done sooner and I hope that I have a better experience in the future. It really wasn't roofing, but I listed it under roofing, because it was the closest to the category. I am updating my report, however.
