+ -1 moreThey did not do what they said they were going to do at time of estimate. If I had know they were going to it the way it was done I would not have hired them. Wanted part of walkway replaced and drive way repaired. Walkway work was done well, but drive way work was not done as stated and really not much was done to the drive way. After informing them of my displeasure with their work they did reduce the bill by 17%. Which I appreciated, but I think the reduced price was still too high based on the work that was actually performed. The main reason I went with Wright out of the other 3 estimates I received was the way they said they would repair the drive way, and that's what they did not do.
Description of Work: Concrete repair and replacement.
