They are very courteous and prompt. They didn't do quite as good the second time around. They didn't clean up as well as they did the first time but overall we were satisfied.

They were very Professional and showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves -- and hauled away the sacks of debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.

We had a real good experience with them. They were prompt. They gave us an estimate before they did the work. They were on time for the estimate and they talked to my husband about the work. They seemed very knowledgeable. We were happy with the price because some of the prices we saw on the internet were steep so we were pleasantly surprised at the cost. They were on time to do the work and they cleaned up. We had absolutely no complaints about them at all. We would absolutely use them again.

I called, they came out and gave me an estimate. James was our estimator and he was very nice. Measured the guttering, and gave an exact estimate for cleaning. John set the appointment, and the crew came and cleaned the gutters while I was at work. I believe they did a good job, but honestly I was not going to climb up there and see for myself. I was very pleased with the price. I felt it was fair for the job.

Overall, good. They cleaned as they went and completed all the gutters on our two story home in about 45 minutes. Very professional. Two people came (1 in the front, 1 in the back). Price seems a little high, but I'd use them again.

They were able to clean my gutters within a day of calling which was great! Were they the cheapest? No, I've had others clean my gutters for about $125. But they were professional, cleaned up all the debris, and I really felt like my gutters were cleaner than after others had cleaned them because they thoroughly hose out the gutters. I would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right!

The owner came out, gave an estimate and then I called back and we set up a time for them to come out and do the work. They called before coming and came out. Went about their work and were very professional. When they were through I gave them the check. I was very pleased with the work that they did.They cleaned up the leaves and debris that was blown out of the gutters and bagged it up. I would definately use them again.

Job done was excellent, Gutters were cleaned, gutter spouts fixed, front gutter repaired and my dryer vent cleaned out thoroughly. Servicemen were thorough, prompt, did every bit of the work requested at the price quoted. They were polite, courteous, friendly and efficient. Could not have asked for better. We have a large, old (20 years) deck. We have had it treated by several people over the years. It was time to do it again.We found Window Gang on Angies's List and decided to use them. But the initial problem was a dirty drip from a gutter downthe back of our house, above the deck. They came and checked the gutters and fixed a small problem that was causing the dirty drip. I told him that we were going to have to have the deck treated again soon. They said that they did that, also.He worked up a bid and we decided to use them. Good move! They did a great job. Deck looks great--better than it ever has. We will surely use them again for any of the range of services they perform.

Tey called came by did a written estimate. Called later set up day and time for service. They came did the work cleaned up and left. The time they were here they worked and got on withe t gutter cleaning.

They arrived promptly and got right to work. Didn't take a break. They did an excellent job and we will be calling them again to power wash the deck around the pool and other areas of concrete around our house. Great company to deal with.

You get what you pay for! I have used The Window Gang several times, interspersed with other gutter cleaners. While they might be a little pricier, they are the best. Tom is very courteous and responsive, returning calls quickly. He always schedules me in as soon as possible, which is always tricky with the weather. The work is always done by professional, polite individuals. They remove all debris when they leave; nothing is left littering the yard. A difference I think with The Window Gang versus the other companies that I used, is that they do thoroughly clean the gutters after removing all the debris.

Selected company from two that I interviewed listed on Angie's List. The company responded promptly to the call and provided a written estimate. After selecting the company, an appointment was set. The workmen arrived on time. The men were responsive to my suggestions, performed the work quickly and without drama, and completed the work more quickly than estimated.

quick return of my call, quickly came out to look at the roof and gave a quick estimate, explained what they would do in detail. They did a good job, it rained 3 days later and the gutters worked perfectly. they were professional, no fuss, and cleaned up very well after the job was done. They also arrived on time and finished on time.

It went okay. A two man crew came as scheduled, looked over the work to be done and got started right away. Unfortunately, they did not look close enough at the all windows, because they started spraying water on the windows that were open in my bedroom. They apologized and cleaned up that mess right away. As the work progressed cleaning windows, I noticed they skipped a few windows. I pointed that out to them and they happily did the work. When they started rolling up thier equipment, they came to me and said there were two windows they could not access because of the awning over my patio and they would credit me for those windows. I was disaapointed - I hired professional window cleaners to clean my windows because I could not cleam them myslef. They came out, looked that windows that needed to be cleaned, gave me a quote for all the widows so I though the whole job would be done. Wouldn't a professional window cleaning company have some devices that extend to hard access windows? Apparently not this one. For the money I spend, next spring, I am going to buy a ladder and do the work myslef and I'm sure I'll figure away to those two windows above the awning clean.

The Window Gang responded promptly to my request for an estimate, scheduled the work 48 hours after I'd approved the estimate, and completed it as scheduled. Those involved were courteous and efficient. I'd not hesitate to call of them again for gutter cleaning or other services.

He was excellent and very professional. He is friendly and does great work. He is detail oriented and cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for window cleaning.
