Joe Green took us for over $3000 dollars. We met him at the ag center home show. He offered us a special price for a 3 year contract then ghosted us. It's funny I should keep his card after 10 years or so. He was very nice but took us to the cleaners. I could't ever reach him after giving him the money. I dont remember the exzact amount but it was around $3K.

NO SHOW FOR TWO APPOINTMENTS.
Description of Work: The technician gave me two very poor excuses for not making both appointments. On the second appointment, I received a text from the technician stating he was in traffic and would arrive between 9:30-9:45 am A hour past and still no technician. I texted him back saying, "You are a hour late. Lets cancel." Never heard from him again.

Worked with Joe Green. Very professional. The system is working perfectly. I was concerned because there were no reviews or recommendations but I went for it based on price. Their service was as good as can be expected. Being able to enable and disable your system from you iphone is awesome.
Description of Work: Had full alarm with fire detector installed. Contacts installed for all doors and windows. A motion sensor and intergrated smoke detector. One key pad with a wireless central station.
