+ -1 moreBy 11:30 a.m. morning that the provider was supposed to come to replacement windshield, I had heard nothing from the provider. I called to see when I might expect the technician to arrive. The woman with whom I spoke said, "Oh, we changed that. He won't be there until this afternoon." I wasted an entire morning waiting for a technician who was never coming. A simple phone call to let me know that the schedule needed to be changed would have helped me and my work schedule a lot. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and I will never consider using it again.
Description of Work: A date and time were set for replacement of a windshield. The provider called the day before to make sure the correct windshield would be provided. The provider was going to call in the morning before a technician came to replace my windshield.
