The owner was on time and easy to deal with. An air quality test was done throughout the home. The areas where the black spots were located were discovered not to be mold. The owner could have told me it was mold and I would not have known the difference.
Description of Work: I had black spots in several places in my home that needed checking out before I could sell my home.
