I rehired them. They had good prices and I got a discount this time. They were professional.

Fine at first, but got worse and and worse as years went on. Several times they burned big holes in my lawn by spilling fertilizer on it. This past year my lawn was full of weeds. I complained but nothing was done about it. I never saw the same person twice. i finally dropped the service.

I wasn't happy with them. The main contract was $500 and it included them coming out about once every six weeks. They missed the whole side yard. That is why I didn't have them come back out and then they tried to get me to sign up again and I said no. I can't afford it and they missed a strip on the side of the house. It was still kind of weedy. I've only used them for a year. A lot of times they said they were going to be here and then they would postpone it.

Something was faulty on the new equipment, so he came back within a couple of days and replaced it again!

Very easy to deal with and did the job as described. I will use Rainman Irrigation again in the future. Lightening had completely blown my irrigation box of f the wall and had damaged some of the lines. Rainman was very quick, knowledgable and very reasonably priced.

I am satisfied with their service after price negotiation.

They did all I asked them to do. The problem is with their telemarketing, they are relentless and won't stop calling. I have had up to 2 calls a day. When I asked them to stop calling they claim it won't happen again and by the next day my phone was ringing again. I will not use them again and by no means give them your phone number. For over a month I fought this and cancelled my service. I would not use them for reason. When I called them or answered the phone I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available. Their corporate HQ is at Forrest Hill Irene and Winchester I am planning on stopping by to voice my dissatisfaction with their telemarketing tactics.

Someone from outside our neighborhood called and said there was an invoice with my name, my address, and my phone number at their home. Someone that sprayed their yard left my invoice. I don't even want to start with them now. This is the 2nd time I've tried TruGreen in the last 6 years and I wasn't happy with them the first time either. I'm just going to call them and tell them not to even bother. If they can't get it done right the first time. I don't like the fact that they have not sprayed my yard but they have sprayed someone else's yard and left my invoice with my personal information on it at someone else's home. It wasn't even in my neighborhood or on my street. I haven't even had a service and they are leaving an invoice at someone else's house.

I hired TruGreen based on an article in the Commercial Appeal about their organic program. I am committed to organic gardening, and this was the only company in town that offered it. Where to begin with the problems? I never got the promised initial lawn analysis. I had to unlock my gate to the back yard when they said they were coming and leave it unlocked all day, much as I dislike doing that in Memphis. They missed several appointments, so the gate was unlocked for nothing. The technicians knew absolutley nothing about organic gardening and could offer no advice; all they did was spread the stuff, which I can do myself. (One guy said he would Google my question.) The office kept calling me about applying chemical herbicides and pesticides; I repeatedly told them I do not use such products. They never remembered or made a note. I saw absolutely no improvement, despite the much-ballyhooed guarantee. I called the main office to voice my complaints; no one ever called back. I wrote two letters. Finally, a lovely fellow from the Nashville office called and, to the company's credit, he gave me a full refund. If they're gpong to offer an organic program, they need to do some self-education.

They just drive me crazy at times. They are like way overpriced and charge twice as much as a local company would which is ridiculous. They do not do my yard good and harass the hell out of me.

They work very well. They got rid of all our weeds and made our grass much thicker and much greener just in one summer's use. We had them do the over seeding in the fall and a lot of the seeds got in our landscape rocks, so, I will have them do that again.

Weed control was fair and I had to call back several times to get retreated. I called to report extensive weeds so far this year and Customer Service said they were sorry, but it was a bad Spring for weeds. They aren't able to send anyone before end of April. The scheduling is all up to the technicians, so not sure why Customer Service is even involved. Will likely change companies today based on the lack of customer care.

They were extremely quick! I actually had to flag them down and ask if they did both the front and back yards. I'm happy with the service and our yard is already starting to look better!

I've had TruGreen forever. They take care of my lawn, with fertilizer and pesticide. The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't kill my weeds in my flower bed. I told them today I was going to get someone else unless they killed the weeds in my flowerbed. The guy told me he'd be back in a couple of days to do that. They don't want to get in your flowerbeds. They don't want to take the chance of killing some bushes and then you get mad at them and tell them they have to pay for the bushes. I can go buy Round Up and kill the weeds myself, but I don't want to do that. I have a company and they should do that. They're always here and do their work on time. There's nothing else that I can really fault them on. I don't have to be here for their visits. They just come on their own. They're always good. They're professional. I like all of them.

Everything went perfect. They did what they said they would do and did it in a timely manner. The estimate was right on.

They just ruined my mother’s lawn and killed the yard. They just damaged everything. It was terrible. Different guys come out and they fertilized the yard couple different times. They burnt the yard up. They said they were spraying for bugs and stuff like that. They even call back and ask us why we don’t use their service. They were different group of people coming in and they were fine in the beginning but after a certain time they were a train wreck. I would definitely not use them again and I would tell people to stay away. I don’t want to see them in our neighborhood ever again. I don’t want to have any contact with them. They left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent service with a very friendly crew that went out of their way to help with any extra request, especially because I am in a wheel chair. Everything was left very clean.

There has been no change in the amount of weeks in our yard. Also, they don't show up when they say they will. Often they will miss the appointment totally and call weeks later to reschedule. Other times they call later in the week and ask to reschedule. THey have been unreliable and unpredictable. Once they even promised a complimentary treatment and never showed to do it. When I called they stated that they did come out. But they left no flyer and are unable to get into my yard because the gate is always locked on the 6 ft privacy fence. So there is no way they could have treated and if they did treat the front yard they should have left a flyer and called. THey never even called to say they were coming or had been there. I finally cancelled the service because of poor quality weed control and unreliable service.
