Description of Work: Used them for 1 treatment. They sprayed my yard and also sprayed my flowerbed and killed what flowers I had in my flowerbed. They were only suppose to spray my yard. I ended up finding another company that was cheaper and Trugreen wouldn't match their price so I switched companies.

 + -1 moreI would say that so far within the past two years, they have been doing their job correctly. I have not had any problems as far as them being late or anything. They do a good job and my lawn as it looks real nice. I have gotten compliments on it and have referred them to others as well.
Description of Work: True Green Chem lawn fertilizes my lawn about every three months. Their intention is to keep my lawn free from bugs and keep it as green as possible.

 + -1 moreThis is the second year that I am using Tru Green Chem Lawn. I am not sure that it is their fault, but there are spots of my grass that did not come back. They have provided courteous and timely treatments and all, but I think this is the last year that I will use them. I plan to try someone new next year.

 + -1 moreI had a very bad experience with this company. They came out and killed my lawn. I was very upset. I called them up and cancelled my service with them. They came out a year later wondering why I cancelled. They killed my entire lawn and I was very disgusted with their work they performed.

 + -1 moreThey had high pressure sales people calling us up all of the time wanting to come out. They have sprayed for bugs in the past and I had some big dead spots in my lawn. They said it was from grubs and they should've sprayed for them. They were very unprofessional and were not experts in their profession.

 + -1 moreScotts Lawn Service came here three times during the length of our contract. I was not too pleased with the results. The weeds were not controlled well at all. They charged $41 each time. They did have to come back one time at no charge because of the poor results. I no longer use their services and will not in the future.
