 + -1 moreI was in a quandry about which treadmill to buy. I called them and they suggested emailing one of the owners, Clark Stephenson. I thought it was very nice that he took the time to email me back with a recommendation. He wasn't making any money off of me, so I wanted to give him a plug. We've communicated through several emails.

 + -1 moreSaid it could not be fixed (broken frame) and then tried to sell me a new one. Contacted Nordic Track people and they say it is just a part that needs replacing. The tm is just a few months out of warranty, and I will attempt to get them to warranty the machine.
Description of Work: deck on tm was loud and bouncy.
