I don’t normally leave reviews, but I would not recommend Town and Country Locks. I had an appointment for 3:45pm, and at 4:48 the technician still wasn’t there. After talking several times to the Customer Service Attendee and the Technician, they keep telling me that the Technician was 10 minutes out. Being that I know the area, I asked what was the cross streets to verify. The Technician called me back and started yelling at me, and told me to find someone else. I was thinking, where am I? Horrible customer service... I called the main line, and the phone got disconnected🤔 I will not ever use the company, and I wanted to share my experience.

It was great the service tech was very nice and it was very fast. The only thing was it took a while before the tech got there.

Well. Yet disappointed that both were totally replaced rather than fixing the existing latches and deadbolt locks

They were fantastic. When I called I got a live person who was on call. He knew exactly what was wrong with my lock, came straight to my home and repaired it in 10 minutes. All on a rainy, cold Friday night. As a single woman having a repair at night with a stranger can be frightening. He was professional and immediately put me at ease. They are trustworthy and they have earned all my future business.

They had the job done in less than 10 minutes. They were very kind to me and my children and we will recommend them to everyone.

I called in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. I called back and asked if they could come earlier and they sent Terry right away. Terry looked at my locks and left for about 20 mins to get parts and repaired both locks very quickly but did a thorough job and made sure I was satisfied with the way they were both working. The locks now work a lot better than they did before they broke. I was very pleased with Terry and with Town and Country Locksmith.

We had a key break off in a back door. I was on my way from one job to another so I stopped by my house to see what I could do in a few minutes. I used a scewdriver to unlock the door by pressing it into the slot since the broken key was in the lock, so we could let our dogs out. I left after that and spoke with my wife on the phone who was on her way home with another dog from the groomer. She asked if the Locksmith still needed to come since I had gotten it unlocked. I said yes, that I could get the broken part out but it would be nice if they re-keyed it to match the front door and made another key. She later informed me that he showed up quickly, was nice to our dogs and retrieved the broken key from the lock. Something I could have done in less thean 60 seconds with needlenose pliers had I had a few more minutes. Then gave her a bill for 75 $. He didn't bring any equipment to do anything else. Thank you for the rip-off... Merry Christmas.

Gave me time to pick up lock. Time given was extended two additional times.

They were very good. The man who came out was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

When I was broken into, the came out promptly, repaired the broken lock and replaced all my locks. They provided duplicate keys at my home.

Tech arrived less than one hour from time of initial call as promised. He was clean, neat and polite. Work finished quickly, correctly and efficiently.
