My range went out. Sears was supposed to come out, and they gave me a confirmation number, they contacted a Sears technician, they tech was supposed to come out. We were out of a range for about a week and a half because the technicians schedule was booked up. They eyes on the gas stove worked, but the oven was out. There was a lot of confusion. This company had no record of me contacting them. They were unorganized during this process. They did find me another company, but the guy from Sears did not get the message that we were going through another company and came out. When he got here he just pulled the stove out and unplugged it and plugged it back in. This is the first time that has ever happened, so if it happens again, I will just try that. This company did all they could to clear up the confusion.

Our water heater went bad and they replaced it. Overall they're pretty good. They had to do a lot of work so it ended up being about $500.

They come out and do an analysis on the project that's being fixed. Then they have to send a report to the home warranty office on whether to repair it or replace it and what the cost is going to be. I usually just pay a $75 deductible to be fixed, but this time it couldn't be fixed, so it had to be replaced and because of the extensive work that needed to be done, I had to pay more.
